Are you interested in gaining a clear understanding of how a startup operates from the inside?
Liablix is an Italian startup that leverages Artificial Intelligence to innovate the analysis and reconstruction of road traffic accidents, making these processes faster, more objective, and more transparent. The company is developing a B2B SaaS platform used by insurance companies, loss adjusters, and industry professionals, with the objective of establishing itself as an international reference point in the sector.
In December 2025, Liablix closed a €1.2M pre-seed investment round and is currently entering a phase of strong growth throughout 2026.
What is the challenge?
In the coming months, the company will organize a national event dedicated to industry professionals, representing a strategic milestone for Liablix’s growth and market positioning.
The selected candidate will support this project in a practical and operational manner, contributing to the organization, communication, and management of initiatives of this kind within an early-stage startup environment.
At Liablix, roles are not rigidly defined. Day-to-day activities require flexibility, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
What you will do
- Support project management activities in the organization of a national event
- Monitor the progress of activities and support adherence to timelines and deadlines
- Lead generation activities and structured contact management
- Direct interaction with attendees, speakers, and partners
- Support in the preparation of business and operational materials
- Contribute to marketing, social media, and online communication activities
- Support organizational and logistical activities
- Support billing processes and event-related administrative activities
The internship involves hands-on, operational activities, with real responsibilities and direct visibility into the impact of the work performed.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, seeking a curricular internship
- Based in Bologna and available to work on-site
- Native Italian speaker or excellent command of Italian, as the role involves interaction with Italian clients
- Curious, practical, and proactive individual, with an interest in project management
- Strong interest in startups, technology, and innovation
No advanced technical skills are required. Attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn through hands-on experience are considered essential.
What we offer
Expense reimbursement: €400 per month
Internship duration: 3-6 months (duration to be agreed), full-time or part-time compatible with curricular internship requirements.
Office located at The Social Hub in Bologna, with gym, swimming pool, bar/restaurant, and weekly events
Highly formative experience, working closely with the three founders and receiving direct mentorship
Full visibility into the growth processes of an early-stage startup
Possibility to be considered for a full-time position at the end of the internship, subject to a particularly positive outcome
Start date: as soon as possible.
